By Martin Waddell and Allan Marks is an play written by Shakespeare. Two families, the Montague and Capulet were enemies. On a party that the Capulets are helding Romeo and his cousin sneaks into the party to see Romeo’s love of his life, Rosaline but instead fell in love with Juliet but Tybalt, a Capulet caught them and threw them out of the party. But romeo came back and promised love for each other. Filled with love, tragedy and realizations.
I have always heard about this book and watched the movie when I was little but never really knew the story on how things unfolded.
At the end of the book, it sure left me with a huge list of what ifs. What if his cousin Benvolio ignored Tybalt so these things won’t happen in the first place? What if Friar didn’t give the idea of poison to Juliet? What if the messenger arrived at time and all the plans went well? What if Juliet awoke before Romeo could kill himself? What if Romeo didn’t receive the message that Juliet has died? A lot what ifs but in the end all these happened for a reason, a price to pay, for the both sides of the family.
